Bathrobes: You will find in your room a bathrobne for each guests. Shoould you wish to change size, please conatact reception.

Hair dryer: Each bathroom have a hairdryer. Should you need any assistance (or a more powerful one) please contact reception.

Pets: Pets can be accomodated for an additional fee. They are forbidden to enter the wellness area.

Newspapers, magazines: They are available at Reception. Please make sure to bring them back after reading so other guests can enjoy them as well.

Internet: A WiFi network is available in all rooms and communal areas. Your WiFi code is given to you at check-in.

Air-conditioning:
The air conditioning is only working if windows and/or doors are fully closed.
In each room you will find an air conditioning for cooling or heating. Should you need any assistance pleasecall Reception.

Minibar: The minibar is at your disposal in your room. The minibar is refilledevery day but youcan request additional items via the Reception. Pleasede not store other items in the minibar. We kindly ask you to notify us about your consumption during check out.

Laundry service: Please contact reception if you request laundry or ironing.

Daily cleaning: The daily cleaning is carried out between 09:30-18:00. If you do not wish your roomto be cleanedplease use the appropriate notification on the door knob. Should you need extra cleaning you can request it through the reception.

Parking: Paid parking is available in the Hotel’s parking lot or in the uderground parking. Please let us know your car’s matricule during check in. We decline any responsability foryourcarorany valuable left inside.

Radio: radio stations are available through your TV.

Sport equipment: Table tennis (500 HUF/hr) and bicycles are at your disposal. Renting of a sailing boat is alsopossible. Please contact Reception.

Room: the white towels are changed daily if requested.

TV channels and programs: You will find an information leaflet in your room about the TV channels. The TV programs are detailed in each channel teletext service.

Personal hygiene products: The bathroom is stocked with handsoap and bodyand hairwash products. Should you need toothbrush, shaving items please letus knowby contacting Reception.

Towels: They are changed daily if requested. Please keep in mind the environmental cost of frequent towel changes.

Blanket: Additional blanket can be obtained upon request. Please contact reception.
